Tara will have a specific blood power that spreads through touch. Anyone who comes in contact with her skin will feel their bodies go numb and their emotions blocked off. There is a sense of despair that comes with it and a feeling of death. Eventually she will be able to control this, but this opt out is available until she does.
This effect will last for as long as you want it to and can be cured through basic healing.
